Think of me as part therapist, part mindset coach—I’ll help you quiet the overthinking, ease the pressure to always perform, and find healthier ways to respond to life’s challenges that feel more grounded (and sometimes even lighter).

I use humor, mindfulness, and practical tools to remind us that healing doesn’t have to be stiff or overwhelming.
